In 2008, WWE writer Dan Madigan was riding high as a trusted member of the creative unit. Having penned the WWE Films-produced ‘See No Evil’ movie, ironically starring Kane, Madigan was viewed by Vince McMahon as somebody who really had their head screwed on.
