3. She Was Still Women’s Champion Even Though She Missed Four Months Of Action
The history of WWE’s Women’s Title (now known as the Divas Title) goes back to the 1950s, but there was a period in the 1990s when they totally ignored it. They brought it back in 1998 and within a couple of years it was booked in a serious way again, which it still is today.
Trish won the Women’s Title a record seven times and at one point had a 448 day reign as champion. This followed a 176 day reign too. If Lita didn’t hold it for a month then Trish would have been Women’s Champion for nearly two full years. Her 448 day reign wasn’t as glamorous as it looks.
