10. She Is Indirectly Responsible For Models Taking Over WWE
If you don’t like how WWE hires some of their women based on the fact that they are models instead of wrestlers you can blame Trish Stratus for that. Don’t blame her directly because that’s a WWE office decision, but indirectly it has to do with her. Before her, most of the women in WWE had experience. Women like Ivory, Jacqueline, Marlena, Sunny and Tori came from the wrestling business. After her, they tried hiring women with a background that was similar. Then they even expanded it to include the Diva Search in the mid-2000s too.
