A forgotten figure for many WWE fans, Elijah Burke is one of those superstars who never delivered upon his potential – yet nobody can seem to figure out why. Blessed with a great look, solid wrestling skills and an unbelievable amount of charisma, he could well have become an era-defining figure. Unfortunately, he was never gave him a personality to work with beyond “angry young upstart”, a gimmick which probably became a reality after a few years of minimal opportunities.
