9. Jeff Hardy
Triple H has always had a soft spot for Jeff Hardy. It is a little bit of a mystery why, as they’re two very different guys, then again Jeff’s always had a special charisma about him and a wonderful ability when focused on wrestling.
The first evidence of Hunter having Jeff’s back was in April 2001, when The Game put Jeff over for the Intercontinental Title. A year and a half after that, he lobbied for Jeff to be mentored by Shawn Michaels on screen, but that ultimately went nowhere as the burned out Hardy left in early 2003.
