WWE: 10 Segments That Made Us Ashamed To Be Wrestling Fans

Wrestling never claimed to be the classiest or most intelligent medium of television drama, we accept that, there’s nothing wrong with a satisfying slice of uncouthness. We enjoy WWE for not taking life too seriously.
However, sometimes it stoops way too far into the depths of decency and cultural abomination. The reason the company does this is for shock value, they want to be seen and heard at all costs. It works – here we are a decade after some shocking segments and we are still talking about them, still shining a light on the WWE. Despite the shock factor working, it’s the lowest form of TV entertainment, a simplistic scripting which doesn’t push what the product could be. Why can’t WWE get people talking from its biggest selling point, the wrestling?
