9. Too Many Championship Runs
In 13 years, Randy Orton has been the Heavyweight Champion 12 times. Five of Orton’s title reigns have come via matches involving either Triple H or John Cena as an opponent. We could sit here and go on ad infinitum about the number of matches (title or otherwise) that Orton’s had with either opponent.
In an era where WWE does more weekly television in a year than some territory-era promotions did in their decades of history, the possibility of the champion being seen entirely too much both in and out of the ring is possible.
