6. Kofi Kingston
Perhaps no superstar on this list is as purely talented as Kofi Kingston — while most of the other entries have glaring weaknesses in their performances or presentations, Kofi is a charismatic, skilled superstar who has been entertaining WWE crowds for more than seven years. The problem with that is Kingston, who has been mildly pushed that entire time (with occasional surges toward the top of the card), is seen by fans and WWE higher-ups as a perennial midcarder. Nobody takes him seriously anymore.
