3. Batista’s 2014 Comeback
In late 2013, Triple H called up his old buddy Batista and sold him on making a WWE comeback. He told him how much the crowd would go wild for it, promising that it would involve a Royal Rumble win and then a WWE Title victory at WrestleMania 30. After that, they could then do the classic Triple H versus Batista bout for a new generation. The whole journey would be this hero coming in and smashing The Authority.
