The 2002 Katie Vick storyline was exactly that, Triple H (who is now an executive of the company) dressed up in a Kane mask, got into a coffin, and imitated sex with a supposed corpse. When this deed was done, something squirted from the mannequin corpse, leading a half naked Hunter to declare “I screwed her brains out.”
